Inside the Session:
Before we meet, you will complete prework so I can see where the business is right now, what feels unclear, and where support is actually needed.
That means we are not spending your session on surface-level conversation or trying to figure it out from scratch while the clock is running.
We will use what you shared in your prework to focus on the areas that need the most attention, including:
How to use AI in a way that actually supports the business instead of creating more noise.
Messaging that makes your business clearer, stronger, and easier for the right people to understand
Marketing that makes sense for your stage of business, capacity, and goals.
Business structure and what needs to be tightened, simplified, or better organized.
